Lovely light, golden hue. Tinned tropical fruit with cream and a hint of cinnamon, a bit like a muted Sauternes on the nose. Rounded mouthfeel with stone and tropical fruit to the fore, mouth watering acidity coming through on the length. If the slightly forthright alcohol had been tamed Alsace would be in trouble!
Last London gig was amazing, you will be missed!
